how it all started
Several years ago I was looking for a career change and became interested in the process of roasting coffee beans. After reading dozens of books on the subject, I knew I was headed in the right direction. I became certified in coffee roasting and bought my first roaster in 2013. Since then, I've upgraded to a larger roaster, started to sell my coffee beans, and in May 2017, I opened a cafe in Stonington borough.
About the beans
Every morning at 3:30am I roast organic, fair-trade beans from hot climates around the world. Whether you like the caramel notes of Brazilian beans or the fruit spice of Ethiopian beans, we've got something here for everyone.
